Pricing

Often the number one question new customers want to know is “How much is this going to cost?”  Totally fair question, unfortunately it can be very difficult to predict when it comes to software issues and troubleshooting.

As a general rule, my consulting rate is $300 per hour, there is no minimum or contract.  Use however much/little you feel you need.  I’ll run a timer and send you a bill.  That rate includes use of a remote access tool, so there are no other nickel and dime costs to worry about.  I like to keep it very straightforward. I’d be happy to discuss setting a budget or cap with you if you are concerned about the project running out of control.

  1. Hello Nancy,
My client has TimeSlips 2020 Build 28.0.0.41 on an old Windows server 2012. We do not have Sage Support. I have 7 licenses. Server is about to die. I have a new Server 2022 ready for TimeSlips install. New server is on a different domain and workstations are being switched to new domain. Is this something you could assist with?
